| 10 of 10 people found the following review helpful  First rate entry-level phone, By This review is from: Aastra 9120 Telephone Charcoal (Office Product) I was a little reluctant to order this given i'd never heard of Aastra, nor was i able to find any reviews online to guide me. but now that i have it, i'm very happy with the purchase. the phone works and sounds great and setup is a snap. the speakerphone quality in particular is always a concern of mine, but it works very well on this system. easy redial, line 1 and line2 buttons, multiple ring tones, conference call, caller id - it's all here.i do have a couple of gripes with the phone. first, the buttons look and feel very plasticky LEGO-like cheap, almost popping out it seems everytime you press them. they do work perfect so far so this may not mean anything. also, for whatever reason my Plantronics headset has a little extra reverb now, which was non-existent in my old high-end Lucent phone. it's a tad bothersome since it's something i use daily. lastly, the navigation menu itself may be a tad confusing for some. nonetheless, should be a comfortable choice...
